Sneak Peek: Wanda E. Brunstetter's Amish Friends Farm-To-Table Cookbook

Bring Home the Fresh Taste of the Local Countryside

Wanda E. Brunstetter's Amish Friends Farm-To-Table Cookbook: 280 Amazing Recipes Help Encourage Local Farming Networks

This new cookbook comes at the perfect time! Wanda E. Brunstetter's Amish Friends Farm-To-Table Cookbook is filled with delicious recipes that use fresh fruits, vegetables, and home-produced meats. I'm fortunate to have space to grow a small garden, but many people don't. Thankfully, there is a wonderful farmer's market near my home. Fleming County Farmers Market offers reasonably priced fresh produce two days a week, and it's available from mid-June to October! What could be better?

I'm SO looking forward to viewing all of the recipes in this cookbook. I've already tried the Crispy Baked Sweet Potato Fries and they were a hit! I'm sharing a few other sneak peeks, but you'll have to grab a copy of this book to see the rest of the recipes!

I often order sweet potato fries when I'm eating out, so I was thrilled to see this recipe!

My 11-year-old granddaughter loved these fries and asked for a second helping. I like that they use very little olive oil.

Definitely a thumbs-up!

Roast beef is one of our favorite meats but I've never prepared it like this. Cream of celery soup and 12 oz. of cola?

Next on my 'want-to=try list'!

I"ve heard of using strawberry jello to make Strawberry Preserves but this recipe uses peaches, orange gelatin, and pineapple.

Excited to try this later this summer!

I hope to have a copy of this cookbook soon. Check back to see my full review of Amish Friends Farm-To-Table Cookbook.
