Bringing the Stories of the Bible to Life
We think Bible literacy is important, which is why we are committed to teaching the story of Scripture. We want to help people of all ages put the pieces together, so the Bible is more approachable for everyone. Egermeier's Interactive Story Bible is a great tool for just that! The captivating illustrations, engaging videos, and the chronological order of the stories make it easy for anyone to follow along. Soon readers will begin to see how the pieces of the Bible fit together and start improving their Bible literacy.
Over Six Million Copies Sold
With over six million copies sold, the Egermeier's series has been helping millions of people better understand the Bible all around the world. This new edition to the Egermeier's series adds a fun, new twist - videos! Throughout the book, you'll find QR codes that can easily be scanned by a smartphone. Once scanned, you'll find an engaging video that accompanies the story you just read about. Older generations will still find the same elements that made Egermeier's great, while the younger generation will love the videos.
We all know that today's generation of children is caught up in technology so what better way is there to acquaint them with God's Word than with an interactive Bible? Egermeier's Interactive Story Bible is a wonderful way to introduce young people to God's Word and to keep them wanting to learn more. Many of the stories have QR codes that allow them to hear the stories read aloud and video links that allow them to see the stories being drawn before their very eyes, but I'm very glad that there are also traditional stories that require them to read the words for themselves. Technology is great but reading the written word should never be discouraged! Scriptures references are provided and I also love that there are questions at the end of each story to encourage further thinking and discussion. There's also a wealth of information in the added bonus material, including extra Bible facts, parables, prayers, and full-color maps.
I've always believed that books make wonderful presents and the gift of a Bible is special in its own right. Egermeier's Interactive Story Bible targets children ages 8 and older and it would be a great first Bible!
I received a complimentary copy from the publisher via FrontGate Media. There was no obligation for a positive review. These are my own thoughts.
