Turner excels in writing romantic suspense and this may be her best effort. She made my heart race as Olly, Zac, and Ziva frantically try to discover the identity of the Jingle Bell Bomber. I couldn't decide who JB was but he's certainly one of the most devious villains ever, and I can assure you that I will be thinking of him when I hear Jingle Bells playing on the radio in the weeks ahead!

This is a book that definitely lives up to its title! Explosive Christmas Showdown is a terrifying, can't-put-it-down thriller that also has an inspiring faith message woven into its plot. Can we leave our past behind and truly forget and forgive? If you enjoy second chances, sweet romance, and never-ending suspense, you definitely want to read Explosive Christmas Showdown.

Darlene L. Turner’s love of suspense began when she read her first Nancy Drew book. She’s turned that passion into her writing and believes readers will be captured by her plots, inspired by her strong characters, and moved by her inspirational message. 

Darlene won the Daphne du Maurier Award for Excellence in Mystery/Suspense twice and an ACFW Genesis award. She’s represented by Tamela Hancock Murray of the Steve Laube Agency.
