A catchy title and a beautiful cover may be your initial reasons for picking up this book but it's the story inside that you won't soon forget! The Last Chance Cowboy is the fifth and final book of Jody Hedlund's Colorado Cowboys series and it may now be my favorite. Dylan McQuaid is a reformed 'bad boy' who's trying to make amends for his past by serving as a temporary sheriff in Fairplay, Colorado. Part of that past appears to include newcomer Catherine Remington and the adorable baby that she has in tow. If only he could remember his last days in Chicago! Could he be little Austin's daddy?

Jody Hedlund is the best-selling author of over twenty historicals for both adults and teens and is the winner of numerous awards including the Christy, Carol, and Christian Book Award. She lives in central Michigan with her husband, five busy teens, and five spoiled cats.
Loved this book! The perfect ending to the series!
