Choosing REAL is a new addition to the world of devotional journals and it is perfect for recording your personal thoughts. Author Bekah Jane Pogue uses quotes from her previously published devotion book (also titled Choosing REAL) to help readers "choose to get real with Jesus" and she supplements these quotes with Bible scripture and questions to help spur your thinking. There are two pages devoted to each scripture selection and journal prompt and I greatly appreciate that these pages are lined and that they allow me ample space to write my thoughts and feelings.
This is a beautiful hardback book and both the cover and pages are white with gold specks; there is even a gold ribbon to bookmark your journal entry. I am glad to own Choosing REAL: A Devotional Thought Journal and I will also be proud to give it as a gift!
