The cover alone can give you chills but when the first line of a book is "Three can keep a secret if two of them are dead", you can be sure that there's suspense ahead and Grave Christmas Secrets certainly delivers! Forensic anthropologist Taya McGill's life centers around finding ancient remains so her discovery of RECENT human remains is both shocking and life-threatening. Suddenly, she is a hunted person and she doesn't know who to trust as she tries to find the answers that will save her life. Can she trust an undercover ATF agent or is he actually someone that she needs to fear?
Realistic characters, non-stop action, and twists and turns make this a story that kept me fully invested and the romantic tension between Taya and Keegan Stryker left me wanting more. Can Taya overcome her trust issues? Will Keegan admit that his intense dedication to his job is his way of avoiding personal commitment?
Stover is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors of romantic suspense and this book certainly didn't disappoint. If you are looking for an adrenaline rush, a heart tug, and a faith enhancer, you will want to read Grave Christmas Secrets.
