About Me I am a retired librarian and I now support books and authors through my reviews.

I have always loved to read and I was able to share that love through my work as a public librarian for 22 1/2 years. I now promote literacy by reading, and then writing reviews. I love to support authors by sharing my reviews with others!

Blood from a Stone (The True Lies of Rembrandt Stone #5) by David James Warren

Blood from a Stone (The True Lies of Rembrandt Stone #5)
ABOUT THE BOOK

It's Rembrandt Stone's last chance to get things right--and to apprehend a killer who promises tragedy for him in the future. But one mistake in the past might cost him everything he's worked so hard to save.

The continuing adventures of Rembrandt Stone from the creative minds of James L. Rubart, Susan May Warren and newcomer David Curtis Warren, writing as DAVID JAMES WARREN.

MY THOUGHTS.....

"I've been waiting for this moment for twenty years. C'mon, rookie. Buck up. This isn't over yet."

With these words, John Booker prepares Rembrandt Stone for one more adventure, and I am ready, oh so ready! I am so in awe of the authors of this series, and I can't wait to read the last book that releases on November 23rd. Will Rembrandt Stone's time travel adventures have the ending that we want? Will he find answers to satisfy the questions that have plagued him from the very first? Rem's efforts to alter his life have only brought mistakes and heartaches as he's gone back and forth in time, but each trip has also added to his knowledge. Surely, he is closer to his goal!

In this book, Blood from a Stone, Rem is determined to capture Leo and stop the killing! He wants the love of his life, and he wants happiness, but it's still eluding him. Will it finally happen in Heart of Stone?

I don't normally read this genre but this series has been an absolute treat. If you're looking for action, danger, and unending thrills, grab a copy of this fascinating book by David James Warren.

I received a copy of this book but there was no obligation for a positive review. These are my own thoughts.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars
